Cancellation Policy at Hotel Southern

Check in, Check out time:  8 AM/ 12 NOON (Depending upon check-in time)

Hotel's cancellation policies, windows:

  1. Before 48 Hours of the Check-in date:10%
  2. Between 24 to 48 Hours of the Check-in date- One night charges will be deducted.
  3. Within 24 Hours of the Check-in date – NO REFUND.
  4. Guaranteed reservation will be held until 1800 Hours. Unless a late arrival is specified. Cancellations must be processed via the same system of booking.
Breakfast Charge:

If Guest would like to Purchase Breakfast, charges will be INR 225 + GST applicable if the Booking is made on EP(European Plan) per guest.

Child Policy:

Children under the age of 6 – 10 Years sharing parent’s room shall not be charged for accommodation. However, if extra bed is required extra person rate will be applicable. A nominal amount of Rs. 150/- (Inclusive of GST) is charged towards buffet breakfast per child the age of 6-10 years.

Refund Policy 

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase.
In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30 - 45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.
Identity Proof Policy

As per Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g.  passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. Note: PAN Card & Driving Licence will not be accepted.
